Getting Started

You must have a touch tone phone, your First Federal account number(s), and the last four digits of your Social Security Number to get started with Telephone Banking.

The first time you call, the system will ask to establish your own PIN (Personal Identification Number). Once you have set your PIN, you will be able to access Telephone Banking. We recommend that you change your PIN periodically for security reasons.
