Enroll Today!

FFNM Mobile is available to any First Federal of Northern Michigan online banking customer. If you are an Online Banking customer, follow these easy steps to enroll in FFNM Mobile:

  • Log in to your First Federal online banking account
  • Choose the Other Services tab at the top
  • Click on Mobile Banking on the right
  • Read and accept the Mobile Disclosure
  • Enroll your mobile device

You will then receive a text message from First Federal, reply "yes" to complete your enrollment.

Text Commands

Your account information is never more than a text away. Text #469228 with one of the following commands:

  • Text BAL to view balances for all eligible accounts
  • Text DETAILS followed by account number for recent transactions (example — details 12345)
  • Text XFER to transfer money between your First Federal accounts (example — xfer 100.00 from 12345 to 678910)
  • Text STOP to opt out
  • Text HELP for our phone number
  • Text HELP ALL for list of all available commands
Mobile Alerts

Mobile Alerts allow you to be notified of important information occurring on your account, via text message. Types of Alerts include: 

  • Low Balance Alerts
  • Transaction Exceeds Amount
  • Scheduled Alerts — create a reminder message and schedule how often you would like it to occur

If you're an online banking customer, follow these steps:

  • Sign on to your account
  • Click on the Other Services tab
  • Click on Alerts
  • Follow the prompts to complete the sign-up process and configure your Alerts
