To start receiving your account statements by email, review the e-Statement Agreement & Disclosure for important information regarding e-Statements. If you agree with the terms and conditions, fill out the e-Statement form; take it to your First Federal of Northern Michigan branch, or sign and have notarized, then mail to Deposit Operations 100 S. How long will my statements be available?
Your statement will be available 90 days from the statement cycle date.
What happens if I do not access my e-Statements?
If you do not access your e-Statement within 90 days from your first e-Statement, we will terminate your access to the e-Statement service and mail you paper statements. You will then continue to receive paper statements until you reapply for e-Statements.
When will my paper statements stop?
Once you open and view your first e-Statement we will turn off your paper statements.
How will I know when my e-Statements are available?
You will receive an email notice that your statements are available each month.
Will I need a special program to view my statements?
Yes, you will need Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher. Download it free here.
Can I save my statements?
Yes you can, you can save the statements on your computer, print them, or save to a disk.
Can I go back to paper statements?
Yes you can, you will need to notify First Federal of Northern Michigan by writing and submitting to any branch or mail to Deposit Operations 100 S. Second Ave, Alpena, MI 49707. We must receive your request for a change at least 5 days before your statements are processed.
For email changes you need to mail to Deposit Operations 100 S. Second Ave Alpena, MI 49707, a notarized letter informing First Federal of the change or bring a written notice to one of our branches.
