Perfect for managing the many fluctuations of your cash flow, lines of credit are generally renewable annually and require monthly interest payments at a variable interest rate.



Commercial Term Loans
Available as both short- and long-term options, these loans provide you the financial backing to grow your business through commercial acquisitions. Short-term loans are available up to a seven-year term for non-real estate secured loans. Long-term mortgage loans are generally available for real estate purchases or refinances in three- or five-year balloon terms with up to a 15-year amortization period.

Construction Loans
When you need to build, First Federal is ready to help. Our construction term loans are generally available for up to 12 months with interest-only payments on the amount advanced to date each month.
